Payment and Dispatch

• We try to dispatch the next day of cleared payment. At our busiest times it may be a slightly longer. We use Royal Mail second class signed for, for small parcels up to 2 kg. For larger parcels and heavier ones we will use a different courier. Our working week is Monday to Friday so we only post out on these days.
• We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal as these are secure services.
• Please note, at Age of Witchcraft we never share customer data with any third parties.
• We do our best to describe and photograph our products we sell but we are not photographers and items may look slightly different in real life.
• All measurements are approximate.
• Prices may change due to price increases in postage and products.

Returns

• If you wish to return an item to Age of Witchcraft, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will respond to you within 2 days.
• We will not refund postage unless it was our error.
• We will not accept items that have been used or burnt.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.
• We will not refund the item until it has been returned back to us.

 

Damaged items

• If your item arrives damaged then please send photos and a description to us within the 7 day period.
• If your item is damaged after delivery then we cannot be held responsible
• Please note you must be over the age of 18 to buy a athames/knives. By purchasing you are stating that you are 18 years or older.

 

Herbs 

• All our herbs we sell at Age of Witchcraft are for spell craft work only. They are not to be taken internally.
• It is always best to with all herbs to keep out of reach from children and pets to be on the safe side.
• Pregnant women will also need to be careful about using some herbs as they can be dangerous and cause side effects.
• By law, we are not allowed to give advice on the medicinal use of herbs as we are not qualified to do so.
• We can not and will not accept responsibility for any misuse of the herbs we sell.

 

By law we are required to state that all our items are sold for entertainment purposes only.

One last thing I need to mention

We would like to mention is that we will not be held responsible for any outcome of our products. That is to say we sell the tools and spell ingredients for your spell workings. So don't forget what you put in to a spell comes out of the spell! Not only the timing, colours and ingredients play a part, but also your mood and thought pattern – every thing has an effect!
